50,000 SF Community Center which consists of an indoor swimming pool with racing lanes, children area, water slide, whirlpool spa, 200 seat auditorium with a stage and dressing room, gymnasium, dance studios, fitness center, restrooms, shower and locker rooms facility that is separated into five distinctive areas; men, women, boys, girls and family rooms. The site development includes an artificial turf football playing field and track facility.
