Atlanta City Hall Annex
Plans entail tenant improvement work on each of the 84,000-square-foot building’s six floors for occupancy by several City of Atlanta administration departments, including the Office of Cultural Affairs, Department of Enterprise Asset Management, Atlanta Police Department, Atlanta Fire Rescue Department, Department of Human Resources, Department of Customer Service, and the Office of the Inspector General. The scope of services included an MEP/FP building assessment with associated reports to confirm the feasibility of the scope. The Hammond team also provided Construction documents designed with Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) Mechanical Systems to allow for enhanced energy efficiency to achieve LEED certification targets. We were also retained to provide Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Life Safety.
