Constance Carter, P.E.

Constance joined the Hammond team in 2023 as a Project/Operations Manager. She received her Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The Georgia Institute of Technology.

As a licensed professional engineer, Constance is skilled in programs like AutoCAD and Revit. As a project manager, she has experience with programs such as Wrike, Procore, Asana, and Jira. She is also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Outside of work, Constance loves to read, watch documentaries, listen to podcasts, and watch fun movies. If she’s not doing those things, she’s spending time with her kids at their various afterschool activities.
