James Tymchuk

James joined the Hammond team in 2024 as a Strategic BIM Manager. He has more than 27 years of experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) for MEP firms, specializing in CAD and REVIT. He has played a vital role in thousands of projects across Florida, including prominent sites like the Panorama Tower, Hard Rock Stadium, Park Grove, the iconic Porsche Tower, and the prestigious Formula One Grand Prix.

Though James’ career is impressive on its own, it doesn’t hurt that he’s a direct descendant of General Ulysses S. Grant, the 18th President of the United States. Perhaps it’s no surprise that a legacy of vision and leadership runs in the family.

When he’s not working, James enjoys time with family and friends. He’s currently focused on building his dream cabin, blending functionality with design to bring his architectural insights to life in a personal space.
