The 24,000-square-foot community and senior center is an energy-saving and environmentally friendly building located on 23-acres that serves the needs of Districts 4 and 7 residents of all ages.
The state-of-the-art facility features roughly 131 parking spaces, a covered drop-off area with a main entrance and a service entrance, landscaping, and a pedestrian plaza are all characteristics of the center. Added to this facility are a 75 x 40-foot indoor heated saltwater lap pool and exterior patio with furniture. In addition, a large commercial kitchen, lounge areas, a library/reading room, an aerobics/dance room, two large classrooms with a moveable partition wall, an arts and crafts room, a billiards/game room, administrative offices, restrooms, separate locker rooms for men and women, security cameras, and Wi-Fi are also available.
