Georgia Jones – Ayers Middle School
The facility, located on an approximate 10-acre site, is comprised of 2 permanent buildings and associated covered walkways with a total of 138, 223 SF. We provided campus-wide renovations to include a new PE Shelter, demolition of 6 portable buildings and site restoration, and replacement of campus-wide HVAC system components (air handlers, unit ventilators, condenser, and direct digital controls (DDC). Additionally, Building 01 required renovation of group restrooms, replacement of electrical generator, water and sewer lines, A/C wall units, and corrective work on selective HVAC components. Building 02 required new exhaust fans to be provided.
