Joint Government Center Campus

The new 700,000 SF high-rise, class “A” office facility is anticipated to be LEED Platinum and WELL Building certified. Additionally, the site will include parking garage structures and bus terminals. The purpose of the development was to combine both the Broward County Government Center and the City of Fort Lauderdale Government Center to facilitate better interaction and collaboration between both agencies. Our scope of services included pre-design, master planning, and site planning services. We also led Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection engineering design for the design criteria package, as well as LEED Platinum and WELL Building design support.
