Miami Dade County ITD Government Office
The Miami Dade Information Technology Building required replacement of all of their HVAC Air Handling Units. Phase 1 included the replacement of all the Chilled Water Air handling units located in the 3rd floor Mechanical room. These AC units served all three floors in the building. Phase 2 included the replacement of all the VAV’s on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors. Provided Mechanical, Electrical design services and Construction Administration for this project.
