Miami International Airport – Midfield Fire Station

The hurricane hardened, 15,000 SF fire station was designed to respond to medical emergencies and 911 Calls. The fire station has the capability to respond to 8,000 emergencies and non-emergencies within its jurisdiction. The aviation fire rescue consists of three (3) emergency response stations, with a response time of less than 3 minutes. This new state of the art Fire Rescue Station provides fire rescue services for the airport passengers, employees and visitors to the airport.
